Overview

At India Cyber Cafe (ICC Shop), we strive to provide high-quality stationery products, custom printed items, and other goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has missing parts or accessories

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed products such as T-shirts or mugs
  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer
  • Digital products or downloadable items

If a custom printed item arrives damaged or contains a printing error, we may provide a replacement after verification.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or another mutually agreed option.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or printed. Once the order has been printed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
